A user on X going by eggbertith noticed the image and posted it online. The dead giveaway that it was AI-created is the anatomically incorrect hand, which is an area where AI imagery still struggles.

The image was subsequently removed from Netflix, and Arcane brand lead Alex Shahmir confirmed that the poster was made by AI. He also stated that it was against Riot Games’ policy of not using anything AI-related on Arcane because it would be “disrespectful to the incredible artists who worked on the show.”

Fortnite Week 2 brings more Alien Artifacts with it in this week’s update, now live in-game. Alien Artifacts are crucial new collectibles in Fortnite Season 7 which allow you to customize Kymera, the alien included with the Season 7 Battle Pass. After the Banished kidnap the Pelican pilot and dare you to rescue him in the Banished headquarters, you’ll eventually come face to face with Escharum. As it turns out, his bite happens to be as big as his bark, which is really saying something given his penchant for a villainous monologue.

The room in which you find yourself facing off against Escharum is decorated with a few key features. Unmissable in one side of the room is the pilot, strapped to some sort of futuristic restraint / torture device. To free him, you’ll need to go through Escharum, but sometimes trying to do precisely that is what will hurt the pilot, so this fight between two of the galaxy’s strongest warriors takes a bit of brains as well as brawn.

The technical open beta, as it’s called, runs September 8-11 and features one heist for players to check out before the game officially releases on September 21.
